Вивчення ролі регуляторної аргініл-зв'язуючої ділянки каталітичного ланцюга плазміна у гідролізі фібриногена

Abstract

Вивчено вплив аргініна та ізольованого Dh-фрагмента фібриногена на швидкість фібриногенолізу під дією Lys77-плазміна та його частково деградованих форм. Одержано дані, шр свідчать про низьку спорідненість до аргініна так званих аргініл-зв'язуючих ділянок каталітичного ланцюга у порівнянні з аргиніл-зв'язуючими ділянками некаталітичного ланцюга ферменту. У той же час показано, що гальмування гідролізу фібриногена у присутності Dh-фрагмента обумовлено ділянкою каталітичного ланцюгаLys77- або Lys530-плазміна. Показано, шр цей ефект виявлявся як на стадії утворення Х-фрагментів, так і на стадії їх руйнування. Обговорюється роль регуляторної ділянки каталітичного ланцюга на окремих етапах фібриногенолізу.
