Abstract

В огляді сумовано результати вивчення генетичних змін, які складають основу хронічної міелоїдної лейкемії (ХМЛ) i гострого лімфобластного лейкозу (ГЛЛ). Особливу увагу приділено химерному BCR– c-ABL-гену, який утворюеться iз двох нормальних генів за рахунок специфичної хромосомної транслокації, а також дослідженню впливу продуктів рекомбінантного гена на процес малігшнізації. Обговорюються проблеми терапії лейкозів з використанням двох підходів. Перший торкається відновлення зміненого фенотипу клітини за допомогою антисенсорної ДНК i рибозимів, специфично блокуючих мРНК, другий – застосування хіміопрепаратів, як вбивають патологічні клітини. У зв'язку з цим коротко висвілено питания множинної лікарської стійкості, притаманної, як правило, трансформованим клонам.
