Abstract

The structure of 38 peptides was determined by means of tryptic hydrolysis of the peptides and sequencing by manual Edman degradation method. 38 peptides include 467 amina acid residues. 16 peptides have completely or partially overlapping amino acid sequences. Non-overlapping sequences of the peptides comprise 334 amino acid residues.
