Effect of fractionation irradiation rats on plasma membranes structure of thymocytes

Abstract

The rats was irradiation every day at doses 50 Rad. The binding with thymocytes of 1-anilinonapthaleno-8-sulphonate, the eximeryzation degree of pyrene and constant of Shtern-Folmer for membrane proteins were studied. The change of binding ANS and viscous lipids in plasma membranes has been shown.
