Abstract
The expression of the CAT-gene included in the recombinant plasmid pSV2cat has been studied in the culture of simian CV1 cells. The increased level of CAT activity has been shown if recombinant vector contained SV40 regulatory region was introduced into mammalian cells simultaneously with SV40 virus.
