Cloning of stromal precursor cells from human dental pulp

Abstract

Using the clonal method it has been obtained the colonies of fibroblast-like cells in monolayer culture. The cloning efficiency was 9–15 among 105 nuclear cells. The colonies were heterogenic by value and number of cells.
