Abstract
After introduction of ribosomal protein L10 encoding plasmids into S. typhimurium cells by refined electroporation technique developed both of host cells growth rate and the plasmid copying decreasing effects were observed similar to those of E. coli cells found in, indicating a possibility of regulation rplJL S. typhimurium genes by E. coli L10 proteins
