Optimization of the β-lactamase TEM1 phage-dependent synthesis system in Escherichia coli cells

Abstract
The original system of the β-lactamase gene amplification has been worked out. Such a system can produce 6.0·105 units of β-lactamase activity per ml of cultural medium and has such an advantage as the accessible enzyme form.
