Abstract
Conformational dependence of the vibration spectrum is studied for DNA macromolecule in the range of (10–100) cm–1. It is shown possible to determine DNA conformations state and power constants by its low-frequency spectra. The temperature dependence of the spectra under phase transformations of double helix is found. The contribution of the low-frequency vibrations to the processes of the nucleic-protein recognition is under discussion.
