Abstract

Interaction of highly purified glucorticoid-receptor complex (G1GC) with tryptophan oxygenase gene restiriction fragments was studied by means of nitrocellulose filter binding assay and immunoprecipitation. The region of strong G1RC binding was found in the EcoR I fragment located between 4th and 7th exons.
