Abstract
22 peptides were isolated from tryptic hydrolyzate of the A. segetum granulosis virus
granulin and their partial or complete amino acid sequence was determined. 18 unique
peptides comprise 113 amino acid residues and account for 47 % of the granulin polypeptide chain.
