Abstract
252Cf time-of-flight plasma desorption mass-spectrometry (TOF-PDMS) was applied for investigation of hecogenine and diosgeninesteroid glycosides. Their molecular masses and the pathways of
fragmentation of carbohydrate chain and steroid component of the
molecule were established.
