Abstract
The data on changes in the neural cell adhesion molecules (NCAM) concentration in the neocortex frontal zone of the rat brain under active-defend skill conditioning are presented. The elevation of NCAM level on days 3, 7, 14, 21 and 30 after training was shown. The data suggest the NCAM participation in the neural plasticity connected with learning and memorization.
