Abstract

Sequencing of 3–8 exons of bcr/abl hybrid gene detected of 5th exon excision (108 nucleotide) in patient with acute lymphoblastic leukosis with breakpoint in M-bcr. Possible role of such disturbance in development oh Ph' leukosis is discussed.
