Abstract

Restriction analysis combined with blot-hybridization was used to compare ribosomal DNA in repeats to 18 species of Solanaceae. Restriction maps of ribosomal DNAs were constructed and homology of several parts of Nicotiana tabacum intergenic spacer to IGSs of these spices was studied.
