Abstract

The Ukrainian people can be divided into several categories on the basis of the immune system status: level 1 includes – people with clinical immune disturbances; level 11 covers people from the especially polluted regions (Donetsk and Southern regions of Ukraine); level III presents the group of drug addicted people, who use specific for Ukraine drugs, based on the cphedrine. T!u; lost group of people which is characterized by low immune status (drug addicted people from polluted regions) creates favorable coitions for H1V evolution, and its further distribution. Circulating through this group, HIV varies and acquires new features, allowing the attack of people with less affected immune system and elevating the sensibility to this virus in the population.
