Abstract

Using morphometric indices (cell, nucleus and nucleoli surface square) the influence of the transforming agents such as methyl-chalanthrene, X-ray (15 Gy) and hyperthermia (40 and 43 °C) separately and in different combinations was studied. The aim of this investigation is a finding of optimal scheme of tumor thermoradiotherapy. It was shown that combination of hyperthermia (40 or 43 °C) together with irradiation destructed cell the most.
