It was shown that the guercetin decreases permeability of plasma membrane of smooth muscle of large intestine from guinea pig for calcium ions and does not influence on intracellular depots of that cations. Aluminium increases the amplitude of kalium-induced contractions, while the amplitude of caffeine-induced replies stays without changes. Aluminium complex with guercetin can penetrate to myocytcs due to solubility in lipid phase of plasma membrane and changes Ca release from sarcoplasmic reticulum. It has been found that aluminium can influence on the structural changes of actomyosin complex of skeletal muscle.
