Abstract

NPV nucleotide sequences were revealed in the cell DNA of Prague stock Galleria mellonella. The viral genome copy number per host cell was quantified by kinetic reassociation method. Using the network technique and kinetic reassociation in presence of tested DNA it was shown that the viral DNA was covalently bound with the Prague stock genome.
