Отримання і молекулярно-біологічний аналіз трансгенних рослин гороху (Pisum sativum L.), які містять Ds-елемент кукурудзи

Рослини гороху (P. sativum L.) з підвищеною регенераційною здатністю трансформували конструкцією, яка містить Ds-елемет системи контролюючих елементів Ac/Ds кукурудзи. Трансформацію здійснювали кокультивуванням рослинних тканин з Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Селекційовано ряд стійких до канаміцинсульфату ліній. За допомогою методів ПЦР-аналізу і Саузерн-блотинг-гібридизації показано інтеграцію Ds-елемента до складу геномної ДНК гороху.Посилання
