Реконструкція цитоплазми картоплі шляхом перенесення хлоропластів із дикого виду Solanum та регенерація цибридних форм рослин

Хлоропласти Solanum microdontum Bitt. перенесено в хлорофілдефектний пластомний мутант S. tuberosum L. і створено цибридні рослини картоплі, що містять чужорідні органели. Селекція цибридних клонів грунтувалася на відновленні фотосинтетичної активності клітинних колоній, які росли на середовищі з низьким вмістом джерел вуглеводного живлення. Рестриктний аналіз хлДНК, вивчення каріотипу та ізоферментний аналіз естераз показали присутність в отриманих цибридах пластид S. microdontum Bitt. і ядра культурної картоплі. Ядерно-органельна сумісність створених цибридів картоплі дає можливість поліпшити вихідні характеристики генотипу S. tuberosum L.Посилання
