Доступність рибосомних білків трипсину у рибосомах Thermus thermophilus

Визначено білки, доступні трипсину, у складі рибосом і рибосомних субчастинок з екстремального термофілу T. thermophilus. У 70S рибосомах доступними трипсину є сім білків малої (30S) субчастинки –TS2, TS3, TS7, TS12, TS17, TS19, TS20 і п’ять білків великої (50S) субчастинки – TL5, TL8, TL9, TL23, TL24. Дисоціація 70S рибосом на субчастинки не призводить до появи додаткових білків, доступних трипсину. Останнє підтверджує зроблений раніше висновок про відсутність рибосомних білків між субчастинками.Посилання
