Abstract

Electrolyte systems for isotachophoretic analysis of anions and simultaneous determination of ATP, AMP and CoA in culture liquid are studied using oxalate as a standard. The method of isotachophoretic determination of CoA, ATP and AMP is shown through the example of synthesis of CoA from precursors by the Streptomyces lavendofuseus culture.
