Abstract

Relative affinity of the aminoglycoside antibiotic streptomycine to nucleosides – adenosine, uridine, guanosine, cytidine was studied by the plasma desorption mass spectrometry ( Cf-PDMS). It has been shown that the affinity decreases in the row Urd > Ado > Cyd >Guo.
