Abstract

The influence of a transfer factor of cell-mediated immune response (TF) (10–6–10–3 mg/ml) on the guinea-pig taenia coli smooth muscle contraction was investigated under isometric conditions by tensometric method. It was found thai TF stimulated potential-dependent cell membrane Ca2+ reallocations, changed the cations transport system sensitivity in sarcoplasmic reticulum, inhibited contraction of pharmaco-mechanical coupling type by dose-dependent manner.
