2',5'-oligoadenylates effect on certain indexes of immune response

Abstract

Immunologic characteristics of different 2',5'-oligoadenylates were studied. It was shown that some core trimers of 2',5'-oligoadenylates have immunostimulative qualities while its epoxy-derivative has expressed immunosupressive character. These effects were obtained both in vitro and in vivo experiments.
