Abstract

The article is devoted to the investigation of the influence of intrauterine experimental enterovirus infection on the fetus chromosome apparatus. The analysis of a spectrum of cytogenetical breach in embryonic cells of mice (polyploidy, aneuploidy, the gaps in chromosomes) testifies, that these abnormalities depend on the species, type of viruses, the period of pregnancy.
Keywords: enteroviruses, intrauterine infection, chromosome apparatus
