Abstract

Human prolactin was expressed in the insect culture cells as a soluble extracellular protein using recombinant baculoviruses. The yield varied between 20-30 mg/l medium. This recombinant prolactin was biologically active in the Nb2 rat lymphoma cells proliferation assay.
