Abstract

The ammo acid sequence of 63 maleilated P. vitale catalase tryptic peptides was determined. 40 peptides have non-overlapping amino acid sequences, comprising 650 amino acid residues, which make up 93 % of the polypeptide chain based on the X-ray analysis data.
