Abstract

The comparison of 5.8S rDNA primary structure of 30 plant species, in particular a moss, a fern, two gymnosperms and 26 angiosperms has been carried out. 56.8 % of potentially phylogenetically informative positions were located in three descrete parts of molecula. The unrooted phylogenetic tree was built based on these data.
