Abstract

Simple and fast method for isolation of phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase from rabbit liver is proposed. Three-step procedure includes polyethylene glycol precipitation of post-rnitochondrial supernatant with subsequent DEAE-cellulose and phosphocellulose chromatographies.
