Abstract

The amino acid sequence of 48 Penicillium vitale catalase peptides obtained by cleavage of the catalase. by Staphylococcus aureus proteinase V8 was determined. 27 peptides have non-overlapping amino acid sequences comprising 401 amino acid residues.
