Modified methods of cultivation and fixation of human amniocytes

Abstract

Modifications offered for classic techniques of cultivation and fixation of amniocytes have been described. The modified technique allows to shorten the time for cultivation till 8–12 days, increase a number of metaphase plates on the analysed preparations and to improve their quality.
