Abstract

Азотфіксувальні бактерії, ізольовані з рослин (K. planticola і K. oxytoca), досліджено на здатність виділяти індольні сполуки, включаючи гормон росту індоліл-3-оцтову кислоту (ІОК). Присутність індолів у культуральній рідині бактерій вивчали методом тонкошарової хроматографії та високоефективної рідинної хроматографії високого тиску. Бактерії продукували ІОК при додаванні в живильне середовище L-триптофану. В екстрактах культуральної рідини бактерій виявлено також індоліл-3-молочну кислоту, індоліл-3-піровиноградну кислоту, індоліл-3-ацетальдегід.
