Abstract

Разработана система оценки и проведено сравнение in vivo регуляторной способности рибосомных белков L10. Клетки Escherichia coli котрансформируются плазмидами – продуцентами L10 и плазмидой с репортерным геном rplJ1-lacZ. Регуляторная способность оценивается по эффективности ингибирования белком L10 экспрессии репортерного гена.
