Abstract

Changes in the structural condition of transcriptionally active and repressed rat liver chromatin fractions under LPO stimulation by tetrachloromethane and E-vitamin insufficiency were revealed, which consist in the relaxation of the second fraction structure and the compactization of the first one. These disturbances may be connected with the change in the metal content (Ca, Fe, Cu) in the chromatin fractions studied.
