Abstract

Исследовали связывание глюкокортикоидного рецептора с фрагментами ДНК гена триптофаноксигеназы (ТО) крысы с помощью методов задержки комплексов белок — ДНК на нитроцеллюлозных фильтрах и осаждения моноклональными антителами к глюкокортикоидному рецептору. Показано, что район гена ТО, лежащий между 4-м и 7-м экзонами, содержит высоко специфичные сайты связывания рецепторов глюкокортикоидов
