Abstract

The allelic polymorphism of human DNA loci linked with cystic fibrosis gene (D7S23) was studied using polymerase chain reaction in the population of healthy donors in Kiev. The marked linkage disequilibrium between cystic fibrosis mutation and particular RELP alleles in D7S23) loci (KM-19-cndonuclease Pst I and CS.7-endonuclease Hin 61 systems) was found in the families with the affected children.
