Abstract

After direct injection of liposomes with inclosed bacterial b-galactosidase gene into mice liver the main ultrastructural changes have been observed in mitochondria and Goldgi region. Liposomes themselves were investigated by transmission electron microscopy of ultrathin sections. An attempt was made to elucidate their distributon in mice liver after direct injection.
