Abstract

Tryptic-peptides soluble in 0.2 M acetic acid were separated by Sephadex G-25 gel-filtration, AG 50X8 ion-exchange chromatography, high-voltage electrophoresis and paper chromatography. 54 peptides including 487 amino acid residues were isolated.
