Investigation of the primary structure of Penicillium vitale catalase. 2. Tryptic peptides of maleilated catalase

The ammo acid sequence of 63 maleilated P. vitale catalase tryptic peptides was determined. 40 peptides have non-overlapping amino acid sequences, comprising 650 amino acid residues, which make up 93 % of the polypeptide chain based on the X-ray analysis data.References
