Abstract

Dynamics of mutagenesis in Chiniese hamster cells under the action of BAV3 DNA fragment containing transforming region is approximized by mathematical formulas on the basis of a model created by us It is shown that a set of parameters might be a foundation for classification as cell systems as their interactions with a mutagen. Variation of parameters and their optimization help us to identify genetic processes which are taking place in the cell population under the action of mutagenic factor and give a possibility to prognosticate results of cell system – mutagen interaction.
