Abstract

A simple method of giving of human embryonic hepatocytes have been described. It allows to receive up to 90 % cells of great vitality. Liver was treated by fermental-mechanic way and cultivated at (the temperature of 37 °C in the 5 % CO2 atmosphere during 12–14 days.
