Abstract

The methods for the purification of the main tissue-specific antigens-(actin, myosin and tropomyosin) from the normal and affected by dilatative cardiomyopathia human heart are described. Some their physico-chemical properties were investigated. The dicrease of the contractive proteins content in the DCMP myocard in comparisons with the normal was shown.
