Abstract

The distribution function of actin in solution is restored from the quasi-elastic light scattering spectrum. The «micro-viscosity» of F-actin dilute solutions which is defined by mobility of latexes in the protein solution is discussed. Changes in the distribution function of protein are examined in the process of G-actin association and F-actin dissociation.
