Electrophoretic purification of phagolysate Escherichia coli cells from polysaccharides

The possibility of electrophoretic separation of mixture consisting of electroneutral and charged biopolymers has been shown on the example of purification of phagolysate of E. coli cells from polysaccharides. The degree of purification was more then 73 %.References
