Abstract

A method of protein classification by their amino acid composition and primary structures using a new distance is proposed. A program for realization of this method for an IBM-compatible personal computer is described. Presented software package allows to compare the results obtained by the new method with the traditional ones. A sufficient criteria for protein classification have been developed.
