The model of the interacting ionic channel based on the idea of two different scale subsystems (membrane as a whole and single channel) has been investigated. The cooperative effects described for such a system are presented. Spatial structures, emerging on themembrane surface due to «diffusion» interaction between single channels regarded as bystable functional elements of the whole system, were investigated. The possibility of control over the spatial structures of a cellular membrane was demonstrated.References
