Abstract

Some properties of discrete DNA-fragments appearing during the fractionation of Crepis capillaris lysed nuclei by FIGE are investigated. It is shown that large DNA-fragnients have a capacity to selective disintegration into small ones under physical and chemical influences and are able to anomalous mobility in the presence of intercalator ethidium bromide. It is supposed that discrete DNA-fragments are flanked by sticking ends permitting them to form multimeric and topologically integrated structures.
