Identification of sequences homologous to the mobile element of maize in the nuclear and chloroplast genomes of cotton

Sequences homologous to the mobile genetic maize element Ds-6233 in nuclear and chloroplast genomes of different species and cultivars of cotton are identified by blot-hybridization. The pattern of hybridization is different in various cultivars and species.References
